NOTICE FOR EVENT APPLICATION

• Products purchased through this event are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

• The LUCKY DRAW EVENT will be held only during the event period.

• The event can be closed during event period due to limit of benefit.

• The lucky draw provided as a benefit is presented after defective inspection, and small dots, fine dust or residues are inevitable parts that may occur during the printing process and therefore cannot be exchanged.

• Since the benefit is based on the order, please note that the Lucky Draw may be given as a duplicate if you purchase multiple times. 

• Albums ordered from the KPOPMUSICTOWN online mall will be shipped after the event is over and the benefit production is completed.

• In case of defective product or incorrect delivery, please contact us by email at kpopmusictown.order@gmail.com with the order number and unboxing video (taken from the time of opening) within 7 days of receiving the parcel. If you do not have an unboxing video, or you have received an order after 7 days of receiving the parcel, it might be hard to check.

• The unboxing video must be recorded as a single video without editing for the entire process from the moment of opening the delivery box to the moment of checking the product with a problem. Products that fall out of the angle will not be accepted, so please take a video with all of them inside the angle.
