This is nothing against them at all. I was sent the wrong speaker due to manufacturing error, but I was able to get in touch with them immediately. They sent me the return label within 30 minutes of our phone call. The correct speaker is currently on the way. Very friendly and helpful.
I mistakenly ordered my albums for Pickup. I live in Virginia so wouldn't be able to pick them up of course. They do seem to be a day behind on answering emails. But we got the mix up sorted out and they were able to ship it to me. Thank you so much for being able to work with me on this. Will absolutely order from here again.
