Winner Announcement:

Winners will be announced on our website (www.kpopmusictownla.com) and on our Instagram (@kpopmusictownla) on May 27th, 2022.

**This event may be partially changed or canceled without prior notice depending on the circumstances.**

How to Participate:

Purchase during the applicable time period.
**A SPECIFIC EVENT PRODUCT PAGE WILL BE OPEN DURING THIS APPLICATION PERIOD AND ONLY ORDERS FOR THIS PRODUCT WILL BE COUNTED TOWARDS THE ENTRY.**
Orders from the original product page will NOT count towards this event.
*PLEASE CHECK THE TITLE FOR THE VALID PRODUCT PAGE TO ENTER THE DRAWING.* (Make sure it says VIDEO CALL EVENT in the title)
Each album purchase counts as one entry.
20 winners will be drawn RANDOMLY.

For all applicants: Random 1 of 10 types of unreleased hologram photocards per purchased album (Photocard of all members will be given if applicant orders 10 albums at once)

Video Call Event with all 10 members on May 31st (5/31) , 20:00 PM KST / 4:00 AM PST

An artist fansign event held via video call for a predetermined period (1 minute per member / total 10 minutes).
Video calls are held on LINE only.
Winners will be notified via LINE message before the call.
Video calls can only be made to the LINE's video call function that is provided after consenting to personal data collection. (Changes cannot be made after entry.)
If anyone other than the winner participates in the video call, the call may be ended by staff.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN VIDEO CALL

Prepare your mobile phone in advance and wait for your turn.
Answer the video call made to you.
Proceed with the artist signing event.
Album signing and video calls are done at the same time. The signed album will be shipped with purchased album(s).
If the video call is deemed inappropriate, your participation may be denied.

EVENT GUIDELINES

If the video call goes unanswered more than twice, your turn will be canceled. Please check the video call schedule and enter only if you are available at that time. (If the call goes unanswered twice, a final call will be made before the end of the event. Please note that calls will not be made again if the call goes unanswered the third time.)
Video calls can only be made to the LINE ID (Video call) provided during entry. (Changes cannot be made after entry.)
Duplicate entries and substitute entries are accepted. However, only the winners themselves may participate on the day of the fansign event.
This product contains an event entry ticket. Cancellations and returns for change of mind are not accepted after winner announcement.
Winners are drawn only from the personal information provided at entry. Album signings are done only in the winner’s actual name. (Contact information is required.)

Period of retention: Information will be disposed of 7 days after end of event.
During the video call event, recording or live streaming on SNS is not allowed.
All purchased albums will be shipped sequentially after the event ends.
This event is subject to change and termination without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
The sales of albums on KPOPMUSICTOWN would be counted on Hanteo chart and Gaon chart.
Album purchased during event period doesn't include poster.

[Cautions for Winners]

The signing events will take place sequentially
Be sure to check the order of the winners in the announcement before the signing event.
We'll notify you in advance by sending a message from the channel (LINE) before the video call.
If you don't answer the phone more than once, the order will be transferred to the next winner, so be sure to answer the call.
Please note that if the winner does not end the call, the call may be forced to end.
