- September 21st, 2020 (MON) 6 p.m. PDT - September 23rd, 2020 (WED) 4 a.m. PDT

Winners will be announced on our website (www.kpopmusictownla.com) on September 23rd, 2020 6 a.m. PDT

Fansign video call is starting from September 25th, 2:30 a.m. PDT

 

How to join in a drawing

- Simply by purchasing TREASURE 2nd Single Album [THE FIRST STEP : CHAPTER TWO] (VIDEO CALL FANSIGN EVENT PRODUCT PAGE) during application time.

Event specific product page will be open up on the application starting time, September 21st, 2020 (MON) 6 p.m. PDT

*Has to be purchased through the correct product page; title of the product specifically named as video call event following the album name on our website during the application time.

- Each albums counts as a one entry.

- 10 winners will be drown randomly.

1. An online fan singing event is

An online fan signing event is a fan signing event using video calls between the artist and the fan. (12 minutes total; break down to all 12 members for 1minutes for each individual member approximately)

Online Fansign will be proceed with LINE (Video Call)only.

A text message will be sent to the next person in line through the selected option 5 minutes prior to the video call. 

Only LINE ID provided and personal information agreed to be collected when applying to the event can be used for the video call. It is not allowed to change it after applying.

Only the winner must be shown on the screen or the video call may end immediately.

 

Video call will be end by the staff if anyone else except the winner joins the video call.

 

  1. How to proceed with an online signing event

- Winners should prepare their cell phones in advance and wait for their turn.

- Winners receive video calls from their cell phones.

- The winner has an online signing event with artists.

-Video call and signing will happen at the same time and signed album will be send out to the winners separately.

- Please end the call when the signing event is over.

 

Please refrain from obstructing the event process such as asking for unreasonable demand to artist and if the video call content deemed inappropriate, the staff may end the video call.

 

 [Caution for application for online signing event]

  1. If you don't answer the phone more than twice during the event time, it is impossible to proceed with the event. So please check the time of the event and apply it to only those who are available. (If you do not pick up the call for 2 times, we will have a final call at the last. However, if it is connected on the third time, the video call will not be available.)

 

  1. Video calls can only be made by LINE ID provided with information (cannot be changed after application).

 

  1. Applications can be duplicated and substituted, but only the winner her/himself can participate on the day of the event.

 

  1. This product includes entry. After the event result is announced, order cancellation and refunds based on a simple change of mind are not allowed.

 

  1. The winner selection and announcement will be processed only by the detailed information provided through the users’ account IDs. (Contact point is necessary)

Please apply with the exact name on your ID card or passport for the event application. (For foreign customers, please use the name on your passport using the exact alphabetical order and space)

- No other names will be allowed than those on your passport or ID

★ If you have multiple orders, the number of entries for the event will automatically be added according to the total order quantity.

  1. EX) Ordered 3 albums on September 21st / additionally ordered 5 more albums on September 22nd → The number of entries for the event will be automatically summed up to 8.
  2. If there is a problem with the Winner's network connection, it may be difficult to proceed with the event, so please check your network environment in advance. 
  3. Personal information would be collected under the Privacy Policy to send the winning gifts and identify the duplicate winners.

- List of collection: Name, Date of birth, Contact number, Address, the User account of LINE, Identity Card Photo

- Purpose of collection: TREASURE – 2nd Single Album

- Retention period: Collected data is discarded after achieving its purpose of use(  within 7 days after the event is closed )

 

  1. The notice can be changed or cancel without prior notice due to organizer's situation.

 

 [Caution for Online Signing Event Winners]

- The signing events will take place sequentially.

- Be sure to check the order of the winners in the announcement before the signing event.

- We'll notify you in advance by sending a message from the channel(LINE) five minutes before the video call.

- If you don't answer the phone more than once, the order will be transferred to the next winner, so be sure to answer the phone.

- Please note that if the winner does not end the call, the call may be forced to end.
